GOLDWAVE EDITOR is very powerful easy to use audio editing software. Software is available for trial with a lot of features like recording, playing, editing and format conversion tool.
USE THE PLAY TOOLBAR to play different formats of audio like
mpeg,ogg,wav ,wma,au,aiff,mpc,dsp and many more .Use the play pause stop rewind seek backward and seek forward buttons to make desired actions. Option like play loop is available for playing the selected part or complete file continuously.
IN-BUILT RECORDER ENABLES THE USER to record sound from a mic or any sound card. Any music being played in windows media player, real player or winamp can be recorded too. Use the line in feature to record a sound being played in the speakers of your computer. The recorder comes with in-built filter to record clear sound by avoiding noises.
MERGE MULTIPLE FILES INTO ONE or one into multiple files using the cut, copy, and paste features .Use the delay option to put delay between the different files.
USE THE MULTICHANNEL FACILITY to create mono file from a stereo or a stereo file from a mono file. Use the time shift feature to select particular part of the sound file. Zoom in and Zoom out is available for easy editing of the desired part.
USE THE EFFECT TOOLBAR to apply special effects to the file. FILTERS LIKE BAND PASS, LOW PASS, HIPASS, STERO MIXER, and NOTCH FILTERS can be used to apply special effects to the sound file. Options like Fade in, fade out can make the beginning or the ending of the sound file more interesting.
Use the silence effect to insert desired time of silence in the file.
TIME/PITCH OPTIONS can be used to control the tempo of the sound.
IN-BUILT AUDIO CONVERTER can be used to convert the format of sound file from one to another. Different file formats like mp3,ogg, wav and many more are supported with the converter.
IN-BUILT CD RIPPER allows the user to copy selected or all files from the cd.
IN-BUILT CD BURNER is available for burning the selected files to a cd.
